Best bits and bops from Create 2010.

Held in Wheelwright Centre Dewsbury.

Pretty porcelain miniature made by Laura Dyson.
Embroidered Corset entrance by first year students of BTEC fashion and textiles.Left: Hafeezah Soni Right: Anisa Soni.
Not only does most of the layout looks fantastic. The students themselves and visitors looks rather wonderful to look at.Two Fine art students were kindly enough to be photograph in front of their work.
I like Charlie Smith's heavy Doc Martin with his grey muted slouchy cardigans. Marvin Harrison's handmade 'The Cure' t-shirt was neatly stitched and was worn in the same mood as his work that was displayed.
The last two pictures are of visitors that caught my eyes, with their understated but well made white outfits.
The building that the events was held is something to be admired also.
From this time till Mid July there will be lots of Graduate shows that are held by college and University around you. I think it's worth to google around on what's happening around your local community and show your little support by giving up few minutes of your week this summer.
